I luoghi del sapere presentati in questa pubblicazione sono le “case della scuola”, edifici pubblici in cui si fa scuola a livello di istruzione secondaria di secondo grado. Gli istituti superiori in Provincia di Modena sono trenta, distribuiti in tre ambiti territoriali. Le loro sedi principali e secondarie, messe a disposizione della comunità nel rispetto degli obblighi di legge e delle norme tecniche per le costruzioni, costituiscono il Patrimonio scolastico dell’Amministrazione provinciale.
In questo viaggio alla scoperta degli immobili, nuovi o ristrutturati, che ospitano le attività scolastiche, si incontrano luoghi sicuri e attrezzati, che accolgono le nuove generazioni accompagnandole nell’apprendimento, nella crescita, nel rispetto del prossimo e dell’ambiente naturale. In particolare, per quest’ultimo aspetto, la scuola del futuro è una “scuola sulla siepe”, dalle cui vetrate è possibile ammirare la bellezza del paesaggio circostante.
I luoghi del sapere is a publication about “education’s houses”: public buildings where secondary education takes place. In the Province of Modena there are 30 high schools, spread across 3 local areas. Their main and branch buildings, provided to the community while respecting legal requirements and technical building regulations, represent the school heritage of the Provincial Administration.
Join us in a journey to discover the new and renovated buildings that host school activities. We will see safe and equipped spaces that hold the new generation’s hand through learning, growth, respect for the others and for the natural environment. Drawing the attention to this last aspect, the school of tomorrow is a “school on the hedge”, whose windows allow one to admire the beauty of its landscape.
